Position Title: Political Finance Intern

Job Description: An internship at LBH Chicago provides hands on and in-depth exposure to the political process in Chicago for students interested in a career in politics. Interns will interact with local, state and federal elected officials, campaign staff, and high-profile donors on a regular basis. Responsibilities include prospect research, data entry, support in planning and executing fundraisers, email/memo writing, and donor outreach. Additionally, the firm consists of only four full-time employees, making our interns a valuable and necessary part of the office. This is an unpaid internship.

Job Qualifications: The ideal candidate would be well-versed in current events, highly organized, have excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Approximate Duration: 3 months (negotiable)

Hours Per Week: 12 – 20 (negotiable)
